Workshop for the production of "ascolana" stuffed olives, DOP olives and restaurant of typical products

The cooperative CASE ROSSE was born in the eighties as a cooperative of land management to address cereal, wine, olive and forage.

In 1992 we created, within the company, one of the first farmhouses in the Marche region that still stands out for the deliciousness of the food offered.

In 2005, following the recognition of the DOP trademark for the tender ascolana olive, we created a 2 hectare plantation of tenera olives in addition to the 6 hectares previously cultivated.
